How does check-in work?

No lines, no lobby—just seamless arrival.
Your check-in instructions and access codes are sent directly through your booking platform (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO, Hotels.com) on the day of arrival.
Prefer a backup? We’re happy to text or email them.

What are check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Need flexibility? Ask—we like saying yes when we can.

How do I get into the building?

Smart access, zero friction. We will send your check in codes on your arrival date.

Is there WiFi?

Fast enough for work. Strong enough for streaming. Reliable for both.

Do the units have kitchens and laundry?

Yes—because takeout is optional and packing light should actually work. Each unit includes a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.

Can I store luggage?

Arrive early. Leave late. Travel lighter.
Secure luggage lockers are available at both locations (codes provided via your booking platform).

How do I make changes to my reservation?

Booked it there? Manage it there. All reservation changes should be made directly through your booking platform.

Is there housekeeping during my stay?

Hotel-level cleanliness without the daily interruption—unless you want it.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

Is there staff onsite?

Yes, our team is available throughout the day. No front desk—but always within reach. Our team is available remotely 24/7 and responsive if you need anything at all.

How long can I stay?
